*Current limitations:
- All users booking meeting must be in both Odoo and Outlook 365
- One dedicated user/license is needed in both Odoo and Outlook 365 to accurately populate the conference rooms calendars. That single "user" is used to managed all conference rooms calendars. Ex: 200 conference rooms can be managed by a single user.
Note: the above limitations will be addressed in a free upcoming update for all existing customers. Where the dedicated room manager user/license will no longer be necessary.
